The ASCTE Admissions process consists of several stages. Please be mindful of the deadlines; No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

Sign up for an admission event through Ravenna Hub. Admission events are a great glimpse into the dynamic academic program, ASCTE student life, and learn more about our faculty/staff team.

Application Launch on October 9, 2023 at Noon.

Please review the application requirements on our website. All applications must be fully completed before accepted to review by our Admissions Committee.

Priority Application Deadline on January 5, 2024 by 11:59 p.m.

This is our deadline for students who want to apply with a priority designation. Student applications must be fully complete by this deadline to be considered priority.

Application Closes on February 9th, 2024 by 11:59 p.m.

This is our deadline for all applications to be submitted. Any application submitted after this date will not be considered for review.

Interview Notifications by March 16th, 2024

All applicants will receive an application update by March 16th--including applicants invited to interview for admission.

Admission Decision Release by April 5th, 2024

Students will receive notification of their admission decision by April 5th.
