  • We are pleased to announce that we've selected our new food vendor: FLIK Dining.


    FLIK dining operates in over 270 private and independent schools nationwide, including 65 boarding schools. FLIK creates menus on-site to fit the community's needs and their Director of Wellness will assist with allergy and special diet discussions with ASCTE Student Services.


    FLIK will prepare our foods from whole, fresh ingredients, limiting the use of processed foods and avoiding products containing artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and high levels of sodium. They only serve chicken, turkey, and pork that have been produced with the restricted use of antibiotics. They offer whole grains as an option on our salad bars and side dishes. 


    They offer a wide variety of bread, including whole-grain options, daily. They offer a full salad bar daily with a combination of protein, assorted greens and veggies, composed salads, and house-made dressings. They also offer a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
