The Application Process
  1. Learning about ASCTE through our website and admissions events.
  2. Reviewing application requirements and ensuring you meet all criteria.
  3. Completing and submitting your application using the links provided on our website.
First Steps
  1. Create an account on Ravenna Hub.
  2. Search for Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (ASCTE).
  3. Click “Apply” and start your application

Application Timeline

October 4, 2024

Application Launch

Applications will be available on the ASCTE website. We encourage you to review the requirements carefully before beginning. 

January 10, 2025

Priority Deadline Application

This deadline is for students who want to apply with a priority designation.  Applications must be fully complete by 11:59 p.m. to be considered priority. 

February 7, 2025

Final Application Deadline

This is the final deadline for all applications. Any application submitted after 11:59 p.m. will not be considered for review.

March 7, 2025

Interview Notifications

All applicants will receive an  update by March 16th, including those invited to interview for admission.

Early April 2025

Admission Decisions Released

All applicants will be notified admission decisions via email by mid- April
